<The following is a transcription to the Head of State of Halland and all Hall nations from the mouth of our great leader, High Commander Hall Psy-Phi>

 

"To the Halland Head of state, this is not a warning. This is a threat.

 

The tyrannical State of Halland never ceases to amaze me. How is it that a country can continue to allow itself to be the cause of its own downfall? Here I intend to reveal the history of Halland policy as a proof to the other Hall nations that Halland is a threat to peace. And by the end of this, I will let Halland know that the HSSR will not standby and allow Halland to impose its tyranny to other sovereign states.

 

When the flames of our revolution first began to burn, Halland was seen to be a ally to us. And, after the monarchy was overthrown, Halland almost immediately began to position itself and the HSSR against the Fatherland <Hallville>. However, even though the promise of new territory tempted even myself, we chose to take the route of peace, and even improved relations with the Fatherland, much to the benefit of all Hall nations. However, this conflict took place not to long after the Hall Wars. I believe this is the first of many instances in which Halland has shown their true colors and revealed that they will not stop until they have become the only major Hall power. 

 

After some time, the economy of the HSSR has been able to stabilize. And like all nations, we intended on becoming a more independent state. Up until then, the HSSR has relied on the Fatherland on ensuring the safety of our borders, people, and national interests. We are grateful for the hospitality of the Fatherland, despite our initial hostilities during our communist coup. Naturally, the first step in ensuring our ability to stand alongside the Fatherland, as opposed to behind, is to start increasing the size and strength of our military. 

Now, Halland will try to act as if they are acting in the intrests of all Hall nations, and in accordance with the Evelyn accords. This statement is not to debate the legality HSSR military buildup. The HSSR will continue to claim that its actions were legal, and that the Evelyn accords are unfair to the minor states (such as the now nonexistent state of Jonathonville) and do not apply specifically to the HSSR. This is brought up because Halland was the only country to raise objection at the military buildup. Of all countries, only Halland was to speak up? Not Hallville, who at one point was threatened by HSSR. Not the Grandmotherland <Evelynland>. Not the Hall Republic. Not even McDonaldland. So why was it that Halland was the only one to complain? Because Halland knew that the HSSR would become a great Hall power and would certainly become a threat when Halland makes a grab for power.

 

The HSSR buildup of military strength did not begin to skyrocket as it did until Halland declared war. Let this be known, Halland was the first to declare war in our modern age. Halland wants to express the savagery of the HSSR by killing Halland Commando's, but remember, we are at war. Furthermore, if Halland wants to complain about the HSSR killing Halland troops, what was Halland intending on doing when their military forces were at the DMZ, ready to fight against the Fatherland to get to the borders of the HSSR? What were they planning on doing to the HSSR when they showed up? Surely,  the planned on doing more than killing four commandos. Halland has since claimed to have 'ended the war' between us. But no treaty was signed. The HSSR war machine is still going strong. We are waiting for the opportunity to strike. Halland will continue to be a target of the HSSR hostilities until an agreement can be come to.

 

Finally, we come to the newly acquired territory of McDonaldland. To put it plain and simple: Halland has NO right to tell sovereign states what they can or can't do within their territories. Whether its the GrandMotherland giving its land to McDonaldland or if its McDonaldland allowing for the stationing of Hallville troops within its borders. What we see here again is Halland acting as a child as other nations make themselves great again while it is being left behind. Halland likes to act as if they are the ones calling the shots, but we all know that every breath is just hot air. Halland only has one interest on its agenda, and that's Halland. I pity the military personnel of the Hall Republic under Halland command. If only they knew that Halland would not hesitate to throw their lives, and indeed their whole country, away so long as it benefits whatever scheme Halland can think of.

 

As a final message, the HSSR will support ANY decision of the Leader of Hallville and the Holy Hall Empire, Empress Sara Al'Sal. Hostilities towards Hallville will not be tolerated. Halland needs to focus on more important issues, such as working towards peace agreements with our state. But at this point we all know that Halland isn't a nation of peace.
