  Earlier today a memo was sent to a top Hallville military official, stating they were requesting that their country be allowed to enter the Hallsaw Pact. The name of the nation will be withheld as others have also been withheld. Both Hallville and HSSR who are current members and originators of the Hallsaw Pact would have to vote in any nation requesting to enter the pact. The boards will examine each nation to see if they fit the criteria to be voted in. HSSR, who was the start f the pact said it would only allow 4 nations to be part of the pact to eliminate any chance of a one world global government. AP:  In recent events one would have to wonder on who is really the bad guy here. Halland has sent two packages to Hallville. One with a militia soldier trying to assassinate anyone who would open the package. The second was a package with a hand grenade in it ready to explode when opened. Yes both packages were opened when received with minimal damage, yes we denied that, trying to figure out our next steps (I mean don't we all do that). No harm there. But Hallville sent the leader of Halland a beautiful plush blanket that they are sure to enjoy fo a long time. So let's examine who the bad guys is. Yes maybe, possibly, might have, Hallville has done some surveillance on Halland, but never to the point of being aggressive and trying to assassinate anyone. So who is really the bad guy.
