Mobility is the key.

A news reporter doing an interview with one of Hallville's military commander, asked the question, "What is key to national defense?"
The general stated that the key was, "having a military mobile enough to deploy at a moments notice."  That is true for the nation of Hallville. It prides itself as being one of the most mobile military in the region. Hallville's military was easily deployed to Evelynland during the first Hall War, and also showed it's mobility for the battle of Annabelle. Hallville has a rich supply of its own natural resources and has Fueling/resupply units throughout its military divisions. Without those pieces functioning properly it would be difficult to be able to deploy at a moments notice.

As Hallville watches the militia ordeal unfold in Halland, it is so important to be able to have a reaction force with support at a moments notice. "We believe if Halland had a better deployment system the militia would not have been an issue". says a military source. Though the militia ordeal does not have any direct impact on Hallville, it is still something to monitor closely.

Also to the south. Hallville intelligence is closely watching activity in HSSR, but as of this moment does not feel any threat to its borders. Hallville feels all important factors in the nation are well secured.
