   Earlier today residents on the South border of Hallville which borders HSSR, were shaken by an apparent nuclear test in HSSR. Grounds shook and temporary power outages were the result. HSSR has taken advantage of Hallville's leader being distracted with a family emergency, and conducting such an experiment will not be tolerated. One commander stated; "If they continue, we will take action". Hallville is currently securing their borders and are monitoring the situation closely. As a result, military sources state that the 2nd Tank division is being recommissioned and sent to the border.
