Halland City, Halland – Rumors had been swirling for months that the Halland Government would gift McDonaldland the Southwestern Peninsula of Halland at no cost. For years, the McDonaldland population had increased along with their military might. As of today, General Amongstus has signed the land over to McDonaldland and already given that portion of Halland over for resettlement.

According to the General, it was the right thing to do. "Due to the mitigating circumstances in which McDonaldland residents were forced from their home in 2003 due to the 1st Hall War, it was the right thing to do.”

The General also stated, "Today marks an important milestone of the alliance with McDonaldland. McDonaldland has always been a strong ally to Halland and in return, I would like to reward them with kindness by giving them their own state once again.”

The Halland Government was using that peninsula for military purposes and has since vacated the peninsula. The McDonaldland Military had already been stationed on the peninsula. Already, many McDonaldland settlers are traveling to their newly created state in hopes to start a new beginning.

The General had previously collaborated with Hallville as to ensure there were no violations of The Evelynland Treaty Accord. Collaboration with HSSR and the Hall Republic were not sought due to Halland’s Declaration of War on both countries.

The General also hinted at the notion that the Evelynland Treaty Accord needs to be discussed at a summit due to the ongoing changes within the Hall Nations.
