Nukes were armed and ready.

Hallville AP: The Hallville military has been doing thorough investigations and inspections of the HSSR nuclear facilities. One area discovered was an underground silo with 3 ICBMs ready for launch. The HSSR had already conducted multiple nuclear weapons tests, but the ICBMs were locked with targets and codes for launch. The Hallville intelligence agency is not releasing the targets that were locked into the code, but they did mention it would have been catastrophic for the region. A few scientists and engineer researchers are still missing, and the search continues for them along with rogue loyalists to the old HSSR regime.
Hallville would like to also like to comment on recent events over the execution of Halland troops. "We still are not sure how this event took place and if it was conducted by the regular HSSR army or by certain rogue groups that are still at large." stated one General. "Right now all the nations need to be very careful on what they post via media. Any threat made to the Hallville nation will be taken seriously and even possibly acted upon. We have never been more equipped to fight a war than we are now."
Military advisers say the region is very hot at the moment and could erupt into another full scale Hall War if we are not careful. With McDonaldland building a military and starting exercises draws many concerns. Each nation should be careful as to what they say and do.
