Western Coastline, Halland – The 2nd Infantry Division, which was stationed near the border with Hall Republic, was relieved sometime late last week by a reserve force and deployed to the coastline in western Halland according to officials. Yesterday, the 2nd Infantry Division took part in a mock beach assault (pictured below).
According to the 2nd Infantry Commander, General Amongstus redeployed the Division to the western coastline after a yearlong deployment of providing security near the Hall Republic border. "The General also asked us to ensure we had some refresher training on beach assaults,” stated the Commander.
According to the Commander, the division focused on establishing a beach head and then reinforcing the beachhead. The Commander also indicated that the execution of the assault was successful and that everyone had a job to do and executed it.
Some military analysts believe that the General was sending a message to other countries. "I think the General knows exactly what he is doing by not only ensuring the military is properly trained, but purposely deploying the Division to the western coastline for mock rehearsals to get the attention of select countries,” stated the analyst.
Halland Citizens welcome the extra presence of Halland Military personnel on the western coastline. "We love the fact that we have an additional security presence. It makes us feel safer,” cried one resident.
A reserve force of roughly 100 personnel is now stationed near the Hall Republic border for security purposes. The General activated all reserves after the execution of Halland Military Personnel in late June.
