Halland Government Confirms Border Breach

Halland News – The Halland Government has now openly confirmed that Hallville representatives were able to infiltrate into southern Halland from the direction of McDonaldland this past Thursday but only for a few hours before being chased out. This latest illegal border crossing was the last straw for General Amongstus. The Halland State Police Chief was already under heavy scrutiny after previous border crossings were confirmed and now has been relieved of his position.

The Halland State Police is now being led by Noah Amongstus, the General’s son, who is taking a more hardline approach to dealing with these illegal border crossings. According to General Amongstus, Noah has begun transforming the Halland State Police to become more of a paramilitary force. Furthermore, the Halland State Police will fall under the wing of the Halland Military instead of being independent.

As soon as Noah was appointed to the position of Chief, he immediately began tracking down those involved. The Halland State Police was able to track down an unarmed Hallville sympathizer who is suspected of assisting the Hallville representatives who crossed into Halland illegally. The detention of the Hallville sympathizer was caught earlier today and will be interrogated.

According to the Halland State Police, proactive efforts are underway to crack down and arrest those who illegally cross into Halland. Part of those proactive efforts include discussing a border policy strategy with McDonaldland and ensuring they are taking these border crossings more seriously. Other efforts include increasing the size of the Halland State Police and equipping it so it can do its job more effectively. Prior to Noah taking the position, the Halland State Police was significantly underfunded. Already, new uniforms have been issued to match that of the military who are sporting blue helmets and blue camo to designate police. The Halland State Police also will be allotted some tanks to its vehicle fleet.
