This seems to be coming as a plea for the Hall Nations to stop all the "tough talk" that has been going on the past few weeks. In the past this type of interactions between the nations has resulted in a multi nation military conflict costing greats amount of money and lives. It seems things started when Sammyville started posting their military on parade and making threats toward Halland. Though those actions may have been in jest, but it sent a shiver and fear all through Halland. This has caused Halland to up their military spending and protection and causing them to do "military training" on the border. Evelynland sits in the center of all these nations and in the past has seen much destruction due to these conflicts. In a meme war on the nation's joint news thread, Hallville took notice to memes depiction civilians being targeted by showing destruction of the carnival that travels to different nations providing entertainment that is civilian based and has no connection to anything military.
Next week, The Hallville military will be deployed deep into Evelynland and Sammyville, and extremely close to Halland. Rumor has it at least 3-4 tank divisions and about 3 infantry divisions along with other units will be present. This is not a show of force, but a new construction of the Hallville base in the center of the nations. Hallville will have a year round military presence in the region that will only be activated when needed.
