The phrase was coined by members of the HIA after obtaining intelligence from select countries that attempt to deny, but yet redirect or distract from the source. Halland News – Unidentified soldiers from an unknown country have apparently appeared in Halland. The Hallville Associated Press broke the news in an article earlier this week after a photo surfaced of two soldiers from an unknown country wearing orange and blue uniforms. Officials from the Halland Intelligence Agency (HIA) have confirmed that the photo was taken in Halland and are attempting to identify the source. With a full scale investigation now underway, the HIA has already hinted that "usual suspects” could be behind the photo but are staying mum until the investigation is complete.

"General Amongstus has called on the HIA to conduct a thorough investigation until every stone is not left unturned. We have already begun seizing electronics devices in order to forensically determine if there was an inside job,” stated one HIA official.
