Halland News - The Halland Military will soon be sporting a new look as plans are underway to equip the soldiers with new battle dress uniforms (BDU’s). "The old tan BDU look will be going away and a new desert colored BDU with light brown stripes will take its place,” cited a military official. Some military intelligence officials claim HSSR and Halland troops share the same tan uniform and if a conflict were to erupt, that it could be very challenging on the battlefield to determine which side is which when it came to intel gathering from the skies.
At least some military units have been outfitted with the new look already (pictured below). Military personnel from the Reserve Brigades, HQ Combat Division, and 5th Mechanized Infantry Division have been observed donning the new BDU’s which equates to approximately 720 soldiers.
