Halland News – Earlier last night, the McDonaldland Government shipped back the stolen Humvee that was taken from the 3rd Mechanized Infantry Division back in November. According to a letter obtained by Halland News, the McDonaldland government apologized for the theft and requested forgiveness. Below is what the letter stated:

"The General sends "well wishes” to you and your soldiers. As a sign, we mean no harm and your military vehicle is being returned. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, and hope you accept our heartfelt apology. Perhaps, one day, peace will be upon all the nations. Maybe, just maybe.”

The Halland Government has not commented on the letter yet but sources stated that the General will have plenty to say at a later date. With the Halland Government holding a McDonaldland soldier captive, we are unsure what actions that Halland Government will take. The McDonaldland soldier pled not guilty to espionage charges against the Halland Government and a military tribunal will determine his fate. However, the General has the power to veto any military tribunal as he wishes.

With the McDonaldland Government showing good faith, it does however pressure the Halland Government into perhaps releasing the McDonaldland soldier or expediting decisions. Whatever course of action the Halland government takes, it better hurry before other nations frown upon the General.
