Hallville planning another over the border exercise.

AP News:
Late Tuesday evening news crew captured images of Hallville heavily loading one of it's ballistic attack submarines with heavy equipment. They were able to talk to the loading crews and the team seemed to not be hiding anything. We asked the loading officer what was going on and if he knew any details of any missions and this was his response. "We are getting the submarine ready for another military exercise that will take us deep in to the Hall Republic Territory. This mission is about a week out from being deployed and it takes time to get everything ready." We were shocked that he was so candid to give detail about the mission and decided to go and talk to the military command back in the capitol city. After speaking with the National Defense Minister, we were told we could release any and all information discussed. So here are the details.
Hallville is planning 2 more across the border exercises. One is slated for mid October and the other in mid November. The Defense Minister stated we had already done 2 exercises that took us into the heart of Halland, and even after being stopped and questioned were able to move on a complete our mission. We decided to do 2 more and that is what we are prepping for. We are looking to see what our units are capable of accomplishing. In no way is it illegal to cross the border, as there has not been any hostilities toward any nation from another, or any sanctions are active as we know of. So we are taking this time to "Explore". Call it a good will gesture to be peaceful.
We stated we saw some pretty impressive equipment being loaded, even a tank? The Defense Minister stated, "Anytime you do exercises of this magnitude, you have to insure the safety of your team, and those measures are there just for that purpose, plus it allows us to see what the sea worthy is of the sub with that type of cargo."
The Defense Minister went on to state that here in November Hallville will be returning the 40 live prisoners and 10 dead back to Halland. He assured us that they all have been well taken care of.
