From the desk of Hallville's military advisor.

It has been confirmed that Hallville intelligence has some how acquired a shipment invoice belonging to the HSSR.
Though many items in the invoice seem vague, it does show the purchase of some military items of concern. Included on the shipment were multiple heavy tanks, uniforms, firearms, transport trucks, and the most disturbing, missiles. It is a known fact that the HSSR would like to acquire long range ICBMs, the documents do not specify what type were purchased. At this point there is no high alarm, but all armies in the region are always on the lookout for any type of aggression from other nations as anything can escalate quickly as we saw during the battle for Annabelle.

Hallville's missile defenses are well secured and as of today have the only know launch pad for nuclear weapons. No additional security has been detailed to the Hallville's missile sites, for once again there does not seem to be any immediate threat to the region.
