Halland News – This past Saturday, portions of Halland received snow which fell for nearly 4 hours. Roads throughout Halland had to be shut down due to the winter storm with over 3 inches of snow falling in most areas. Military trainings and other exercises came to a screeching halt as a result.

Military officials reported that while most units sheltered in place, others attempted to continue patrols in the more sensitive areas. "Select units still had to continue with their responsibilities of providing security for the country even when the situation was not great,” stated the 1st Infantry Division Commander. "Both Halland and Hall Republic Military units were out there in some pretty frigid conditions.”

Pictured above are soldiers and vehicles from Hall Republic’s Army Group A which were patrolling at an undisclosed location. These large oversized military vehicles belonging to the Hall Republic make it possible to trek through the hazardous roads and is one of the main reasons the Hall Republic has invested in them. It’s been reported that the Hall Republic Army has a significant amount of these vehicles though the exact number is unknown. Each one is mounted with a dual .50 Caliber heavy machine gun and seats 7-10 soldiers. The vehicles can also tow artillery or other military equipment.
