Halland News – Now that Christmas is over, General Amongstus has ordered the 13th and 14th Mechanized Infantry Divisions to return back to their bases inside Halland. They were stationed along the McDonaldland border for over 8 months due to the threat that McDonaldland and their military posed at the time.

Due to McDonaldland meeting the demands laid out by the country of Halland, The General has now begun to scale back Halland’s forces near the McDonaldland border in an effort to ease tensions between both nations. Combined, both Divisions boasted over 650 military personnel.

Currently, Halland’s 2nd Infantry Division is still providing security along the McDonaldland border but lacks the firepower that of the Mechanized Infantry Divisions.

On February 8th 2019, Halland’s 15th and 17th Mechanized Infantry Divisions rolled into McDonaldland as a show of force. Those Divisions were supported by the 2nd Infantry Division and a small military unit from the Hall Republic. In total, over 1,100 combat troops and 160 combat vehicles entered McDonaldland. Due to the sizable force, The McDonaldland Military went into hiding and never showed up. On February 10, the Halland force pulled out.

In late July, the 14th Mechanized Infantry Division sent patrols into McDonaldland in an effort to determine if the McDonaldland Government was meeting the demands of the Halland Government. That force also went unopposed.

Here’s hoping that peace will once again prevail along the Halland – McDonaldland border.
