  Early this afternoon, An unnamed civilian came to the Hallville news organization, and submitted some photos and story of something strange happening near his home on the border. His Quote; "Late last night I was awaken by a very steady hum of vehicular noise in the distance. I knew they were no further than A mile east of my house very close to the border. The noise went on for hours until it finally stopped." In the morning the citizen took out his drone and flew it over the area where he had heard the vehicle noise. He was surprised by what he had seen. Many half track and other assorted vehicles, with many towing artillery pieces were just parked on and old overgrown highway that leads out of the country. What was strange, he stated, was there were no soldiers to be seen. The vehicles looked to just be parked there, no-one even guarding them. The citizen stated that he was very concerned due to the fact the military is usually very straight forward with their activity, and this is happening with no type of notice of any troop movement or deployment. Attached are the only 2 photos he was able to get before his drone ran out of power.
