Halland News – According to a press release issued by the Halland Military, personnel armed with rifles and pistols attempted to attack a Hall Republic patrol operating near the border of Evelynland. Below is the press release:
‘On 10/24/2018 at approximately 6:30 PM, sympathizers of Hallville armed with rifles and pistols infiltrated Halland via Evelynland and attacked a Hall Republic Patrol operating near the border of Evelynland. Hall Republic Military personnel returned fire killing all six attackers. The Hall Republic patrol reported no casualties on their side.
The Halland Intelligence Agency now believes that the unidentified soldier killed by the landmine at the DMZ earlier that morning was also a Hallville sympathizer who was a part of the crew that attempted an attack on the Hall Republic patrol. The Halland Military, along with their great ally Hall Republic, stand ready to protect the great nation of Halland.’
Some military officials believe that the original crew of seven Hallville sympathizers infiltrated Halland through Evelynland and stumbled across the DMZ unknowingly which ended the life of one. The other six then most likely turned around knowing they were near the DMZ due to the landmine going off and infiltrated Halland via another route. It’s also believed the Hallville sympathizers were purposely targeting Hall Republic troops in response to Sir Plots Alot calling on unification against Hallville and the nuclear threat they pose to others.
A member from the Hall Republic patrol that was attacked gave an account on the quick firefight. "We began taking small arms fire from our south and immediately returned fire using heavy machine guns and light armor. The attackers were violently cut down in less than a minute I would say.”
This marks the third time now that Halland was infiltrated in some way which ended up either deadly or with shots fired.
On 8/7/2018 military personnel from the 5th Mechanized Infantry Division brought down a McDonaldland drone.
On 10/24/2018 at 1:30 AM, a Hallville sympathizer attempted to cross the DMZ but was killed after stepping on a landmine.
On 10/24/2018 at 6:30 PM, six Hallville sympathizers were killed after attacking a Hall Republic patrol.
