Halland News – A small but highly used country road from Hall Republic is the only road that leads into Halland. This is not just any ordinary country road though. This road links Halland and the Hall Republic. It is a major trade route for both countries whose relationship has flourished and continues to thrive. When the relationship with Hall Republic became strained by the outside influence of McDonaldland, General Amongstus put a quick halt to it with an invasion into McDonaldland that lasted several days in February 2019 without a shot fired.

Only a small garrison of Hall Republic Police stand guard at this check point where Halland and Hall Republic intersect. The Halland State Police nor the military do not see a need to man this particular check point. A good portion of the Halland military is stationed near the borders of McDonaldland, Evelynland, and the demilitarized zone (DMZ) that separates Halland and Hallville.

The Hall Republic Police force has grown in size over the years in both personnel and equipment. The Hall Republic Police force not only polices the Hall Republic but also acts as a paramilitary force as well. In doing so, it relieves the strain on the Hall Republic Military which is generally stretched thin. Contractually, the Hall Republic Military (both army groups) are deployed in Halland as a deterrent to any future aggressors. This means that the Hall Republic police force at home must respond to any direct threats while the military is away. This police force is equipped with military grade vehicles and weaponry that would put up a ferocious fight against even some of the best militaries in the Hall Nations. Its brute nature suits the Hall Republic well which is the very reason why crime within the Hall Republic is virtually non-existent.

Most don’t know, but before 2016, the Hall Republic was at war with the Taliban who infiltrated the country and tried to overthrow Sir Plot Alot. The Hall Republic military took substantial casualties during that campaign but it was the police force that helped turn the tide and oust the Taliban. That’s the simple reason the Hall Republic Police force is both highly feared and respected. In fact, it’s the highest paid police force within the Hall Nations. So don’t let this small little check point at the Halland border fool you. These are highly trained paramilitary professionals who have probably seen it all.
