Halland News – Sometime this week, General Amongstus will be listening to his Division Commanders on available military options so that a decision can be made on how to respond to McDonaldland’ s reckless actions at the cabin retreat. Once the General has heard all the options, he will then speak to members of his advisor team to determine the course of action that Halland will take.

The General has already been in meetings as of yesterday discussing a non-military approach which could include sanctions against McDonaldland. There are several sanction options available if Halland did decide to go that route. One Sanction would be to suspend flights to and from McDonaldland which would join the nations of Hallville and HSSR not receiving Halland Air Flights. Other options could include halting intelligence sharing, suspending trade, and making fun of the country for believing in a mythical creature called Bigfoot.

The General is scheduled to mull over all the options by next week and will make a decision based on what has been presented. However, sources have already hinted that Hallville’s tough rhetoric about "acts of aggression” will not be considered during the decision making process. "Let’s face it, Halland and Hallville have different national security interests,” cited one military official. "Hallville is not going to sway how we respond just like we won’t advise Hallville how to respond to what’s in their interest.”

Whatever course of action is taken by the General, the rest of the Hall Nations will have to remain in suspense with the rest of us.
