Halland Special Operations Unit Recieves Combat Vehicles

Halland News – The Halland Military recently released previously classified photos of their new combat vehicles destined for the use of Special Operations. These vehicles (pictured below) are modified jeeps with mounted heavy machine guns on the front and also tow special equipment such as mobile missile launchers, anti-tank weaponry, and additional heavy machine guns in the rear.

Currently there are two units or teams within Special Operations. The "Alpha” team of Special Operators are an elite unit that specialize in covert operations designed to scout enemy positions and bog down an advancing opposing force. They wear a tan uniform with black and green camouflaged stripes. The new combat readiness vehicles will be used by this elite team of operators which is made up of approximately 30 soldiers. The "Alpha” unit saw military action during the 1st Hall War in 2002 in which 16 operators lost their lives.

The second and newest unit within Special Operations are the "Delta” unit which is estimated to be a 10 man team of elite soldiers that specialize in covert operations designed to capture or kill high end targets. There mode of transportation is by helicopter and they are routinely dropped behind enemy lines. These operators wear an olive green uniform with a sprinkled tan pattern. The "Delta” unit saw military action for the first time six months ago in Hallville as they attempted to nab the four HSSR soldiers that executed ten Halland soldiers from the 1st Infantry Division over two years ago. Three "Delta” operators lost their lives during that that operation.

It’s no secret that rumors of war have been percolating through various media sources across the Hall Nations, but if one thing is clear, the two Halland Special Operations teams are highly trained, heavily armed, and ready to deploy at a moment’s notice.
