An Elite Halland Military Unit Trains For The Unexpected

Halland News – As the days count down to the Nation Leadership Summit in Hallville, portions of the Halland Military have been preparing for worst case scenarios. Halland News has been given the special privilege to observe an elite team of operatives known as Delta Operators which fall under the Halland Special Operations Unit. Though various units fall under the Special Operations Unit, Delta Operators are very unique and more elite than any other unit in the Halland Military.

For starters, Delta Operators dawn on a green field uniform speckled with Halland’s signature tan color to give it a more sleek and modern camouflage. This unit has the best weaponry and fighting vehicles which give it an edge over most. In fact, Halland News was not authorized to photograph any of the weaponry or vehicles throughout our observations of this elite team.

Delta Operators are a very small force which have the ability to take out high profile targets. This unit will also go on missions to rescue high profile civilian and high ranking military personnel within the Halland Government that find themselves in danger inside foreign countries. During Halland News’ observations, the Delta Operators were conducting a mock rescue mission of a high profile Halland Military official. The goal of the mock mission was to enter hostile territory and safely rescue the high profile military official. Delta Operators were able to swoop in and safely get their target out of harm’s way.

During the mock operation, Delta Operators were using live ammunition and fragmentation grenades which made for a frightening event if you’re not used to gunfire. Military helicopters flew overhead and they too were firing live rounds at nearby suspected enemy positions as the Delta Operators moved under the cover of fire that came from above. Within ten minutes, the mock operation ended and everyone returned back for debrief. During the debrief, the commander of the unit described how a real world scenario could occur during the Nation Leadership Summit next week in which General Amongstus or others could be caught in a war zone. The Delta Operators are fully aware of the dangers that the Nation Leadership Summit present. However, something tells me that the General will be in good hands.
